We helped My Coffee Counts implement Zoho One to build and manage their customer base for their App to help businesses with deductible charitable giving. They needed a way to manage relationships with customer, vendors and charities and create an environment that would allow people with disabilities to work from anywhere.
This involved the setup of Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns and to map out a sales process and email templates for each of these business elements. We created a sales process and Marketing Automation emails to help them onboard new app users, charities and businesses into their marketplace.
